Sleep: 7 hours (not quite enough, my "zone" is 7.5)
Compliance: 98%, dark chocolate chunks. Still have the itchy skin thing I had before Whole30, just less. I hope to God it's not chocolate! Gonna cut it out the rest of the week and see what happens.

Time was around 22 minutes... it was crushing, as usual.
