Day 12 musings

Hey guys, try this trick when you feel tempted for ice cream, crunchy packaged foods, or a drink: Instead of telling yourself to "RESIST THE TEMPTATION!" (which is negative reinforcement... you are telling yourself NOT to do something)... flip that on its' head.....

Tell yourself a positive: "For thirty days, I only put clean, healthy things in my body...." when you are tempted to do otherwise.

The mind is so powerful, and how we think about or view a thing changes how we FEEL about it dramatically. Worked wonders for me last night.
