Creighton Day 8

8 nights in, and still haven't slipped. Last day or two I can feel my body getting tired, I guess getting used to the new fuels to burn and not easy cheap carbs of the past :) and making that transition to Ketonic fat burning.
-Toughest part is still between 5-8pm, try to keep my mind busy and not focusing on an evening drink.
-Friday night made a great Paleo Sheppard Pie that has lasted until Sunday, really good recipe. Need to start cooking some more!
-This week and the next 3 will be on the road, so really got to buckle down!

  1. It will be harder on the road but you can do it... grab some apples or some RXBars, which are technically packaged but I believe compliant. Great for traveling, healthy. Only bar I've found that really is!

    I've had more energy overalll, but sometimes I get tired and wonder why... the body is adjusting I suppose.
